this was born during a brainstorming session for wedding invitations, but i think it works well as a save the date. especially for an outdoor wedding. the opposite side could include an engagement photo if wanted. it’s super simple, and that’s what i like about it. there’s just something so sweet about the simplicity here.

i had a lot of fun designing these invitations. i know i say that a lot, but it’s true! i have a lot of fun doing what i do. i think the rich jewel tones and the whimsical nature of the peacock really bring this piece together to set the tone for a fun and fancy bridal shower. (the best part? i’m a bridesmaid!)

so when i’m not posting, i’m usually working. and when i’m not working, i’m usually playing. and sometimes i’m playing AND working!
two of my favorite people are getting married soon, and i was honored and absolutely thrilled to do their wedding invitations and RSVP cards. i really enjoyed this project, especially because the final product looks so nice printed on linen paper. LOVE!
